چکیده

Cardiorenal syndrome (CRS) frequently occurs in end-stage heart failure patients waiting for transplantation (HT). Decision-making regarding simultaneous and kidney is an unresolved issue these patients. We investigated clinical factors associated with renal outcome after HT. A total of 180 who received HT from 1996 to 2015 were included. Factors early post-HT chronic disease (CKD, estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] < 60 mL/minute/1.73 m2 within 1 year post-HT), (ESKD), significant function improvement (%ΔeGFR > 15%) at analyzed. Early CKD ESKD developed 61 (33.9%) 8 (4.4%) patients, respectively. Old age was only independently preexisting tended be CKD. ESKD. Low pre-HT eGFR preoperative replacement therapy not or Young age, low eGFR, high %ΔeGFR month improvement. Preoperative function, including RRT, mortality. In conclusion, may impact outcomes HT, but severe dysfunction, even that enough require a contraindication alone. Our data suggest the necessity CRS importance careful management during postoperative period.
